Processing Time

Order Preparation: As our jewelry is custom-made, please allow 3-5 business days for order processing before your item is shipped. During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. You will receive another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Destinations
We proudly offer worldwide shipping. However, please note that some restrictions may apply due to international shipping regulations or carrier limitations. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will contact you directly.

We offer the following shipping options:
Domestic Shipping (United States)

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (Flat rate: $5.95 or free for orders over $75).

Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (Flat rate: $14.95).

Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (Flat rate: $29.95).
International Shipping

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Tracking Your Order

Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as carrier issues, weather, or customs inspections. Charm Atelier is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been handed over to the carrier.
Lost or Damaged Shipments

Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at support@charmatelier.com, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged items. We’ll assist you in filing a claim and sending a replacement if needed.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you realize an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@charmatelier.com. We will do our best to update the address if the order has not yet shipped. Charm Atelier is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
